THAILAND INVESTMENT VISA
Foreigners who have invested 10 Million THB are eligible to apply for the investment visa under the conditions set forth by the immigration regulations.
Thai Investment Visa Features:
The Thai investment visa is valid for 90 days after which it can be extended to a one year visa. Renewal is possible on an annual basis. It also offers the investor’s immediate family members the chance to apply for an Investment Visa.
Thai Visa Investment Categories:
Foreigners can obtain an Investment Visa by investing 10 million THB in the following categories:

Condominiums (condominiums must be newly built and directly from the developer)

Thai Government or State Enterprise Bonds

Fixed Deposit Account
The Investment Visa program does not require one investment of 10 million into a single asset. It can also be a combination of assets.
