Operating a restaurant in Thailand requires obtaining a food & restaurant license for your business.
Application Process

Vbiz will assist you with preparing and submitting the necessary documents to the district office

After the application has been accepted, we will make an appointment with the officer so that he can inspect the restaurant. Additional documents might be required after the inspection. Furthermore, employees should be present to explain certain food practices to the officer, when asked.

All Thai employees are then required to take a test at the district office to answer questions about hygiene and standard restaurant practices (40 out of the 50 questions must be answered correctly)

Once the officials confirm that everything is order the food license will be issued to the restaurant, which can take up to one month
