ONE YEAR BUSINESS VISA EXTENSION

As opposed to a one year business visa, a one year business visa extension is issued to foreigners whose main purpose is to seek employment in Thailand without the obligation to leave the country every 90 days

One Year Business Visa Extension Overview

Foreigners with the intention to work in Thailand should apply for an Initial 90 days Non-Immigrant B Visa (under the employment category). The work permit must be obtained during the initial 90 days in Thailand and once approved, an application for the non-immigrant business visa extension can be filed. Under this visa category the visa holder is required to report to the Thai Immigration Office every 90 days.
