One Year Business Visa Extension Overview
Foreigners with the intention to work in Thailand should apply for an Initial 90 days Non-Immigrant B Visa (under the employment category). The work permit must be obtained during the initial 90 days in Thailand and once approved, an application for the non-immigrant business visa extension can be filed. Under this visa category the visa holder is required to report to the Thai Immigration Office every 90 days.
